Brownie com chocolate ao leite e branco
¾ xícara (chá) de farinha de trigo
¼ xícara (chá) de açúcar mascavo
¾ xícara (chá) de açúcar refinado
½ xícara (chá) manteiga sem sal
1 pitada de sal
1 colher (sopa) de cacau em pó
1 colher (chá) de café solúvel (nescafé)
3 ovos
170g de chocolate meio-amargo
½ colher (chá) de bicarbonato de sódio
gotas de chocolate a gosto
Io-Iô Cream a gosto
Preaqueça o forno a 180 C e forre uma fôrma com papel manteiga ou seda. Em um recipiente, peneire a farinha, o cacau e o sal. Reserve. Em banho-maria, derreta a manteira, o chocolate meio-amargo e o café solúvel. Deixe esfriar. Adicione os dois açúcares e acrescente um ovo de cada um, mexendo bem após cada adição. Peneire o bicarbonato de sódio, adicione gotas de chocolate e mexa delicadamente. Despeje a massa na fôrma, coloque colheradas de Io-Iô Cream por cima e leve ao forno por 15-20 minutos.

¼ cup brown sugar
¾ cup caster sugar
½ cup unsalted butter
a pinch of salt
1 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tsp nescafé
3 eggs
170g chopped dark chocolate
½ tsp sifted baking soda
nutella or some chocolate chunks to taste
Preheat oven to 180ºC and prepare a baking pan with parchment paper. In a bowl, sift together flour, cocoa and salt. Set aside. Melt together chocolate, butter, and nescafé in bain-marie. Let it cool. Mix in brown and caster sugar and add one egg at a time, mixing carefully. Add cocoa mixture. At last, mix in baking soda and add some chocolate chunks. Pour the batter in prepared baking pan and gently drizzle some nutella on top. Take to the oven for 15-20 minutes. Do not overcook it!
